Circular Threaded Coupling Connectors:These connectors are made following the insert arrangements available in MIL D 5015 specifications. These get coupled with thread arrangement. These are made as per the specifications given in Indian Defence Standards JSS 50812.Circular threaded coupling connectors, as the name suggests are connectors which mate using a threaded arrangement. These connectors are made in accordance to Defence Standard Joint Services Specification JSS 50812, which is a derivation of the MIL-C-5015, USA Military specifications. Initially designed for military applications, but currently they find wide application in the industries due to their strength and reliability. The shell is made of aluminium, making them rugged and light weight, having a life of at least 500 mating cycles. Olive drab coating gives the connectors excellent corrosion resistance. The insulators are made of high grades of Polychloroprene, which resilient to environmental conditions for a wide temperature range of -55˚C to +125˚C. Various accessories increases the areas of application of the connectors and numerous contact arrangements can provide for all the needs of the customer.
Reverse Bayonet Coupling Connectors : These connectors are made following the insert arrangements available in MIL D 5015 specifications. These connectors have quick positive 3 point coupling with audible sound indicating full connector coupling. These are intermateable with VG 95234 and 121B connectors.Reverse Bayonet Coupling connectors, are an improvement on the standard MIL-C-5015 connectors. The bayonet coupling arrangement provide for easy mating and unmating of the connectors, requiring only 120˚ rotation. This arrangement also provides for excellent vibration proof connection. Positive coupling is indicated by an audible snap. These connectors are intermateable with VG95234 and 121B Series connectors.
MIL C 26482 Series I Connectors: These connectors are miniature circular connectors following the insert arrangements available in MIL C 26482 Series I, These get coupled with 3 point bayonet coupling and also have 5 key polarization, resulting in firm locking and are widely used in various applications requiring quick connect arrangements and miniature size.These are miniature circular connectors based on the Defence Standard Joint Service Specification JSS 50813, which is derived from MIL-C-26482 Series I Connectors specifications. These connectors feature a 3 point coupling mechanism which enables quick mating and unmating of the connectors. In addition, these connectors have five keyways for orientation and polarisation. This series is currently under development with us.

Sqare Gaskets: Flat gasket, made of Neoprene, is used with flange mounted receptacles of the MIL-C-5015 Series Connectors. It provides sealing between the panel and the receptacle.
